④A copy of the page containing the photo from your passport (excluding Japanese nationals) is required for registration. Additionally, as you will be enjoying a stay in a privately rented whole house, there will be no staff on-site at the facility. After making a reservation, we will provide you with the smart lock code for self-check-in and check-out. Thank you.

Please strictly adhere to the following house rules. By completing the reservation, you will be deemed to have agreed to the following house rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

【Acts Subject to Penalty】
Usage by unregistered guests.
Only guests with reservations are allowed to use the facilities. In the event of any behavior that violates the house rules, guests will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Additionally, if the number of guests exceeds the reserved capacity, a penalty of 20,000 yen per night will be charged. Please note that security cameras are installed throughout the premises.
Noise
Please be mindful of the neighboring residents and avoid causing any inconvenience, especially around the entrance and garden areas. Particularly, between 22:00 in the evening and 8:00 in the morning, we kindly ask for quietness.

In the event of any trouble arising from visits by police officers or any other issues, you may be asked to leave immediately without any refund, even during your stay.

Regarding late check-out
As the cleaning staff will be waiting outside, we kindly request strict adherence to the check-out time. In the event of a late check-out, a penalty of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Damage or destruction to furniture and facilities.
Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If smoking or any smoke odor is detected inside the property after check-out, a penalty of 10,000 yen per day will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
In the event of any damage or destruction to furniture, facilities, or any other property beyond the amount covered by the security deposit, the guest will be responsible for the additional charges.
Smart lock replacement.
If the smart lock is damaged and requires replacement, a fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for the replacement.
Shoes
Please remove your shoes indoors.
Kitchen
We have accounted for the quantity of dishes, pots, and forks. In the event of any confirmed loss, the necessary amount will be charged accordingly.
Bathroom
We have taken inventory of the towels, soap bottles, hairdryer, and other amenities and appliances in the bathroom. If any loss is confirmed, the necessary amount will be charged accordingly.
Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the bathroom. If any stains or damage to the bathtub are observed due to hair dyeing, the guest will be responsible for covering the cleaning expenses.
Cleaning
If additional or specialized cleaning beyond the regular cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
We have rooms available where pets (dogs only) are allowed to stay.

Injury
To prevent accidents, please refrain from running within the premises and indoors. In the event of an injury during your stay, we will not be held responsible. However, if there is a significant injury or problem, please inform us immediately.
Lost items
Regarding lost items:

The storage period for lost items is one week. If you discover that you have left something behind, please notify us within this one-week period. After the storage period expires, we may no longer be able to assist with the recovery of the lost item. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left something behind during your stay. Thank you.

Regarding accommodation for minors:
We regret to inform you that we do not accept reservations or allow accommodation for individuals under the age of 18 without the presence of a responsible adult or guardian. For all reservations involving minors, there must be at least one adult present during the entire stay.

【Check in process】
When checking in, please provide your information at the reception desk to complete the accommodation list.

During your stay, please use only the number of beds corresponding to the number of guests. When checking out,

  • Please remove used sheets and place them near the door.
  • Wash all used dishes and utensils, and return them to their original locations.
  • Separate and dispose of trash in the yellow bins provided for recycling.
  • Before departing, kindly inform the reception desk. We will conduct a room check.

Please be aware that we are not a hotel, and we greatly appreciate your warm understanding and cooperation.
